We undertook a loft conversion, double storey extension and full renovation work on this property in Maidenhead. The first stage was the loft conversion and installation of Velux windows. Second stage was to build a double storey side extension that required ground and brickwork with external silicone render. Third stage was full renovation which included full rewiring, installed new electrical lighting points on ceiling and walls, plastered walls and ceiling, installed new modern with walk-in shower and fully tiled walls and floor on second floor, installed new modern bathroom with walk-in shower with tiled walls and floor in the loft, fitted new luxury kitchen with tiled flooring. Fourth stage we installed under floor heating, installed new double-glazed high quality UPVC windows and doors, built new staircase to access loft, fitted new internal doors, skirting, door frames, handles and architraves and painted all interior walls and ceiling. Final stage was to install new lighting fittings in ceilings, light switches and electrical sockets, new central heating system including new modern radiators and finished property grounds with block paving.
