Acton, Ashfield Road

We undertook a loft conversion, double storey extension and full renovation work on this property in Acton. The first stage was the loft conversion where we raised the roof, replaced with a completely new roof with Velux windows. Second stage was to build a double story side extension that required ground and brickwork with external silicone render. Third stage was full renovation which included, full rewiring, installed new electrical lighting and wall sockets, plastered walls and ceiling, installed new modern bathroom and kitchen, installed under floor heating, new double-glazed high quality UPVC windows and doors, new staircase to access loft, internal doors, skirting, door frames, architraves. Final stage was to install new central heating system (unvented pressurised tank system) and radiators.
